In 2019, Liu Chih-heng was on the Chinese Taipei team that competed in the WorldSkills in Kazan, Russia. In order to realize his dream of being on the national team, Liu Chih-heng had dropped out of school three times and spent five years on training. He had competed in three regional and three national competitions before qualifying for the national team. Nonetheless, just as he has finally realized his dream, he finds himself slowly losing in the competitions…
It took the directors four years to make this film. It documents Liu Chih-heng at different stages, including the time when he fought flat out to pursue his dream, when he trained alone and during the competitions when he felt lost and helpless. Eventually, after the WorldSkills in Kazan, Liu Chih-heng has reconciled with himself. His family runs an iron factory and Liu Chih-heng did not do well in school. Painting is the only thing from which he gains a sense of achievement. For whom did he win all these medals? Is it for the country, his instructor, parents, peers or himself?
2019年，油漆國手劉峙亨，代表台灣飛往俄羅斯喀山，參加「技職界的奧運」- 國際技能競賽。
為了實現國手夢想，劉峙亨前後歷經3次休學，花了近5年的時間，比了3場區域賽，3場全國賽，1場國手選拔賽，
最終才如願以償，但就在好不容易實現願望之際，卻發現自己漸漸迷失在獎牌當中......
本片歷經近四年的拍攝，紀錄了努力追夢的劉峙亨、孤軍奮戰訓練的劉峙亨、比賽過程中迷茫無助的劉峙亨、
賽後豁然開朗的劉峙亨。從小在家中鐵工廠長大，加上不擅長唸書，畫畫，是他唯一獲得自信成就感的方式。
「他」的獎牌究竟是誰的獎牌？是為了國家、老師、父母、同儕？還是為了他自己？
當他距離獎牌越近，卻反而陷入迷惘深淵......
