Volcano Li is a fierce man; he not only rescues the abused animals but lynches the abusers.
Some of those who work in animal protection disapprove of his actions but some support him
since he delivers justice while the animal protection laws are poorly enforced in Taiwan.
The film documents this controversial underground “Batman” as he saves the animals from
hell and pursues justice with his burning passion.
來無影去無蹤，他一身黑衣，直來直往，遊走在法律鞭長莫及的邊陲地帶，在政府失能的黑暗時刻，
成為欺凌弱勢之犯罪者心中最恐懼的夢魘⋯⋯。不是在說蝙蝠俠，而是台灣NOE行動組織負責人——李火山。
體格壯碩、一身刺青的他，心中卻有鐵漢柔情，與志同道合夥伴前往各地處理動物虐待
案件，不只給予犯罪者「震撼教育」，更望以德服人，從根本源頭解決動保問題。
資深紀錄片工作者朱詩鈺掌導演筒，活潑運用惡搞動畫形式介紹人物，結合簡潔快閃的分段敘述，
貼身記錄李火山救援現場，也揭穿不肖團體濫用動保名義虐待貓狗、假慈善真斂財的惡行。犯罪案件頻傳，
動保救援刻不容緩，李火山直指政府法規疏漏，更將焦點擺向生命教育。心直口快，
絕不五四三，動保蝙蝠俠重拳直擊，就要為所應為。
